How the limits work

Free counts words per week, from Monday. Pro counts per calendar month, from the 1st. Both reset at midnight UTC. 80,000 words is a fair-use ceiling, about nine hours of talking. When you reach a limit, Glas tells you and says when it resets.

The yearly plan

$120 a year is $10 a month: two months free compared with paying $12 every month. Both include the same features.

When the trial ends

Your account becomes Free by itself. Glas never asked for a card, so nothing can be charged. Your history and notes stay on your Mac whichever plan you are on. The trial is once per person and per Mac.

Paying, tax and receipts

You upgrade inside Glas, in Settings. The payment goes through Link, Stripe's checkout, which acts as the seller of record: it charges you, adds and pays the VAT or sales tax that applies where you live, and emails your receipts and invoices. The prices above already include that tax, and at checkout you may see them in your own currency.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time in Glas (Settings, Manage billing) or at link.com. You keep Pro until the end of the month or year you paid for, and it does not renew. Refund requests go to Link support; the details are in the terms.
